We had a great time in St. Petersburg thanks to Alla Tour. Irena is a wonderful guide, she is knowledgeable and personable and her English is flawless. I can't say enough good things about her. She brought us to a wonderful place for lunch, she included all the sights that we have requested and conducted our tour with ease and patience. We are very lucky to have her as our guide. The driver was equally friendly and efficient and the bus is very comfortable. The ear set was a big plus since we tend to fall behind the group in attempt to take pictures. Thanks again for all your help. If I ever have a second chance to visit St. Petersburg, I'll definitely be in contact with you again. Sincerely. George Kun Wai Wong

She was very pleasant and helpful and made the tours very interesting and exciting. She is an excellent guide and definitely an asset to your company. Congratulations on having a person of this calibre on your staff. You delivered all you promised and then some. My friends and I have been telling all our friends, families and acquaintances about Alla. Using the earphone and receiver is an excellent idea! It is so good that sometimes we thought Valentina was right beside us and then we realized that she was not there and had to start looking for her. Hi, Just a quick message following our visit to St Petersburg and a tour with Alla on August 8/9. This was arranged in advance, as an alternative to an 'official' tour organized through the cruise company and the arrangements were handled very efficiently by Julia, who answered all our questions thoroughly and quickly. Therefore, arriving and making contact was without problem and our guide, Elena, provided an admirable service over the two days. Our party (14 people) was much smaller than those on the 'official' tours we had sought to avoid and, we believe, our experience was much better as a result. Elena clearly worked hard and had extensive knowledge of her subject, which made the tour enjoyable and informative. But it was the details which helped to set it apart. We are vegetarians and the food provided, both packed lunch and in a restaurant, was very good. Likewise, water was provided without asking when on board our cruise ship it was being sold in advance to those who had signed up for much more expensive 'official' tours. A special additional stop was even added at the request of some guests because we had a little time to spare. If we had any criticisms we would post them here, but it is difficult to think of anything which could have been - reasonably - improved. We would have liked to have posted this on a public area of your site - for obvious reasons - but could not see anywhere appropriate, so if you have a 'recommendations' section please duplicate it there. Finally, we will recommend Alla Tour should the opportunity arise, and should we return to St Petersburg will be in touch again. Thanks, Paul, Julie and Helen.

Dear Julia, on behalf of my group, I wish to thank you all for the excellent service we had before arriving in St Petersburg and also for the excellent tour we had. It was very well organized from the very start when we were met at the passenger terminal up to the very end of day 2. We really enjoyed the tour and our guide Angie was very good, very patient and spoke English very well. The places we visited were impressive. We were also highly impressed by the fact that we were provided by water and also the wireless earphones. Once again many thanks for your patience in answering our questions before arriving and also for the tour organization. My wife had a thoroughly good time with Alla Tours in St. Petersburg June 19-20, represented ably and very professionally by Elena. Of course we didn't know that it was within Alla's power to custom order the good weather we had! Thanks. We certainly will recommend others to Alla Tours. Your web communications and the use of ear pieces for more intimate and reliable presentation while saving the guide's voice are good innovations that should be more widely used by the tourist industry. Dear Alla Thank you for your kind wishes, we thoroughly enjoyed our cruise and particularly our visit to St Petersburg. Our guide Elena was helpful, well organized and informative and together with our driver for the 2 days guided us safely and efficiently through all the sights of the city, though a group of 19 people can't be easy for them to manage! We thought the headphones greatly enhanced the enjoyment of the tours as we could clearly hear all the information Elena gave us. Dear Alla and Elena and Dmitri, our driver. We are now home from our wonderful Baltic cruise. Judy and I agree that the Alla tour of St. Petersburg on May 4 and 5 with Elena and Dmitri was a highlight of our trip. Elena is very knowledgeable and explained the sights very well. The use of the microphone and ear pieces helped tremendously to hear her explanations. The sights, of course, were thrilling to us, and especially to me, to see the changes that have come to your country since I last visited in February 1993 (I can't say that the traffic congestion, though, is an improvement! HA! Dmitri is a skillful driver and delivered us safely to each destination). You all made us feel very welcome and you genuinely cared about our comfort. I especially appreciated the detailed instructions about going through Immigration as that bureaucratic process can be intimidating. We have heard horror stories, but your step-by-step guidance made it easy. We also enjoyed getting to know our fellow tourists and actually spent time with some of them on the ship after we left St. Petersburg. That is the value of your small groups--companionship. Plus, with the small group, we could quickly load and unload from the van and we could easily ask Elena questions. You did everything exactly right and we will be happy to recommend you to friends.
