Hi Alla, Just had to drop you a line to thank you so much for the brilliant trip in St. Petersburg that I booked for myself and my sister who is in a wheelchair. The trip that was arranged was perfect. Please pass on our thanks to both the driver and the tour guide. They both went out of their way to make sure that my sister was well assisted and they picked a lovely hotel for us to stop for refreshments and a toilet stop that had disabled toilets (not easy to find in St. Petersburg). I will make sure that I pass on your details to everyone I know that is travelling to Russia with our recommendations. Other disabled guests on the ship were disappointed that they had not arranged a trip that was tailor made for their specific needs.

Alla, I want to thank you for your help in making our brief visit to St. Petersburg so enjoyable. Our guide Iliana and driver Val were excellent hosts and companions. Dear Alla, Having just returned from our Baltic cruise, Dave and I are keen that you should know how much we really enjoyed our two day tour with Alla. Yana Voznyak, our guide , and Yuri our driver were both super and took away any worries/concerns we had had which can arise from my being a full-time wheelchair user. Please could you thank them again on our behalf? We have learnt so much about Russian art, architecture, culture and history as a result of our time with Yana and feel very privileged.
